class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Subject: Registration Requirement for Dangerous Goods Operators under CAAT Regulation No. 73<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) Regulation No. 73, &#8220;Application and Issuance of Operating Permits for Dangerous Goods, Prohibited Articles, or Special Care Items B.E. 2567 (2024)&#8221;, exporters involved in the air transportation of dangerous goods are required to register as Dangerous Goods Operators with the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Failure to complete the required registration may result in the inability to export dangerous goods by air and may be subject to legal penalties, including a fine of up to THB 80,000 and\/or imprisonment for up to two years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This regulation will become effective on 3 March 2025, with an enforcement grace period extending until 31 August 2025.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure compliance and
